Ostseetherme

The Ostseetherme is a water and wellness facility featuring multiple swimming pools, water slides, and thermal baths with salt water and massage jets. The complex spans around 14,000 square meters (150,000 square feet) and combines different bathing experiences in one location.

This wellness complex opened in 1992 and has provided thermal bathing experiences on the Baltic coast ever since. The facility has grown to become an important destination for health and relaxation in the region over the decades.

The facility reflects German wellness traditions with eight themed saunas spread across three floors, steam rooms, and cold plunge pools for cooling off.

The facility is open daily with varying hours depending on the day of the week, closing later on weekends than on weekdays. Plan to spend several hours to explore the different areas and enjoy the amenities at a relaxed pace.

From the sauna garden, visitors can walk directly to the Baltic Sea beach and alternate between warm pools and cold seawater. This contrast experience combines modern wellness comfort with the natural seaside environment.
