Golf de Carantec
Golf de Carantec is a 9-hole course spread across about 25 hectares along Clouët beach. The layout measures roughly 2420 meters with a par of 34, offering a compact golf experience right beside the shore.
The course was built in 1993 by architects Jacques Saint Cricq, Jean Garaialde, and Martin Hawtree working together. The project brought golf to this Breton coastal area, where it has been part of the local sports landscape ever since.
The course shows how golf fits into the seaside life of Brittany, where players can enjoy their game near Morlaix Bay. This setting shapes the experience for those who want to combine sport with coastal views.
The training area has 27 stations, with 10 covered spots so you can practice in bad weather. There are also separate zones for short game and putting practice.
Natural wooded hills surround the course and shield it from winds coming off the water. This natural protection allows for steady play throughout the year.
