The United States Air Force designed this golf facility in 1954, establishing it as one of the earliest golf courses in the Azores archipelago.
The course integrates local vegetation patterns, including 70,000 cryptomeria trees, azaleas, and hydrangeas that represent the regional flora of Terceira Island.
Located 13 kilometers from Angra do Heroísmo, the course operates Tuesday through Sunday from 8:00 to 19:00 with green fees starting at 74 euros.
The course maintains a maximum handicap limit of negative 28 for men and negative 36 for women across its relatively wide fairways and minimal bunkers.
