Tralaga Wildlife park

Tralaga Wildlife Park is a zoological facility spread across multiple acres housing over 700 animals including white kangaroos, quokkas, wallabies, emus, camels, and numerous bird species. The grounds allow visitors to see these creatures in spacious, largely open surroundings.

The park began as a conservation project in the Upper Lachlan region and gradually expanded its animal collection over the years. This growth reflects how local initiatives developed to house both native and imported species together.

Visitors can observe native Australian animals up close and learn how they behave in a semi-natural setting. This direct contact with wildlife shapes how people understand the importance of protecting these species locally.
