Les Aigles du Léman

Les Aigles du Léman is a bird sanctuary covering more than 9 hectares with over 400 birds representing roughly 80 species, including eagles, vultures, owls, and falcons housed in specialized aviaries. The grounds feature enclosures designed to reflect natural habitats where visitors can observe the birds up close.

The facility was established in 1997 with a focus on raptor conservation and breeding programs for endangered species. This commitment to preservation and education has made it a significant center for raptor care and research.

Daily flight demonstrations present natural behaviors and hunting techniques of various raptors in action. Visitors watch these aerial displays unfold from the viewing stadium.

The park operates during the summer months from June through August. Plan to spend several hours exploring the aviaries and watching the daily flight demonstrations throughout your visit.

The facility features an enormous aviary dedicated entirely to eagles spanning 18,000 square meters. This specialized space ranks among Europe's largest raptor enclosures.
