Nautic Park, Water theme park in Bougival, France
Nautic Park is a water recreation facility situated along the Seine River in Bougival, featuring Zodiac boat excursions and floating platforms for various water-based activities. The site spreads along the riverbanks with different zones designed to accommodate multiple types of recreational experiences.
The park opened in 2014 as a joint initiative between Contraste and the city of Bougival, operating for roughly a decade. Its closure was announced for 2024, bringing an end to this recreational venture.
The location near the Impressionists' Hill provides visitors with views of landscapes that inspired paintings by notable artists Monet and Renoir.
The facility operated seasonally from May through September with afternoon hours extending into early evening. Activities were designed to welcome children from around age three onward, making it a family-friendly destination.
The park offered nautical rally events where visitors navigated boats while solving puzzles and quizzes during excursions. These two-hour Seine expeditions blended practical boating skills with interactive games, creating an experience beyond typical water recreation.
