Bullwinkle's
Bullwinkle's is an entertainment and shopping district in Upland that combines various attractions in one location. It features arcade games, rides, mini golf courses, go-karts, bumper boats, and a family restaurant serving pizza, wings, and hot dogs in a colorful building with open areas designed for group gatherings.
The park was founded in 1972 by the Huish family, known for creating miniature golf courses and go-kart tracks during the 1960s and 1970s. After changing owners and operating under Boomers! for several years, the family regained control in 2021 and began restoring the property.
Bullwinkle's takes its name from a cartoon character featured in a 1960s television show, drawing visitors who remember the character from childhood. The space features colorful decorations and themed areas designed to create a playful environment where families gather for celebrations and entertainment.
The location is easy to navigate with clear signage and open areas designed for visitor groups. Parking and access are straightforward, and staff can offer helpful tips on how to enjoy the different games and rides.
A giant inflatable Bullwinkle figure beside the freeway was a recognizable landmark for drivers in the region. This distinctive sculpture helped the park stand out visually in the landscape and drew attention from passing traffic.
