Bulgari, Hotel and proposal venue in Rome, Italy
Bvlgari Hotel Roma is a luxury hotel on Piazza Augusto Imperatore in Rome, housed in a restored building from the 1940s. It has around 110 rooms and suites, a rooftop terrace, a spa, a restaurant, and a café with an outdoor seating area.
The building on Piazza Augusto Imperatore was constructed in the 1940s as part of a larger urban redevelopment around the Mausoleum of Augustus. The hotel opened in 2023 after the building was carefully restored and adapted for its new purpose.
The Bvlgari Hotel Roma sits on Piazza Augusto Imperatore, a square shaped by the ruins of the Mausoleum of Augustus. One of the most visited spots in the hotel is La Terrazza, a rooftop terrace that looks directly toward that ancient monument and St. Peter's Basilica.
The hotel is close to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and Villa Borghese, so many of Rome's best known spots are within walking distance. Getting there from the airport can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on traffic, so it is worth arranging a transfer in advance.
The hotel spa is lined with rare marbles from around the world, including yellow brocatelle, red jasper, and white marble from Brazil. The hotel also welcomes pets, with dogs and cats receiving their own beds, bowls, toys, and blankets on arrival.
