The thermal complex extends across 15 hectares, featuring multiple indoor and outdoor pools filled with naturally heated spring water for recreation and relaxation.
The thermal springs at Ilidža have provided therapeutic benefits since Roman times, when the settlement was known as Aquae Sulphurae and contained ancient thermae.
The complex incorporates architectural elements from the Austro-Hungarian period alongside modern designs, reflecting the evolution of Bosnian spa traditions.
Visitors can access the facility daily between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, with amenities including swimming pools, spa treatments, saunas, and hydrotherapy sessions.
A three-kilometer Grand Avenue connects the thermal complex to the springs of the Bosna river, providing a natural corridor through the landscape.
