The Bosmal City Center is a modern residential complex in Sarajevo with two towers of differing designs, each reaching approximately 118 meters tall. The development contains approximately 307 apartments in upper floors, while the base features shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, and fitness facilities open to both residents and visitors.
The complex was developed in the 2010s and completed in 2017 as one of the largest foreign investment projects undertaken in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It represents a turning point in Sarajevo's reconstruction and urban expansion following earlier rebuilding efforts.
The complex shows how the city is transforming with new residential and shopping spaces that serve both locals and visitors daily. You can observe how contemporary urban living mixes with the city's existing character.
The complex offers 450 parking spaces and has several entrances accessible from street level for easy navigation. Public spaces including shops and restaurants are open to visitors during regular business hours without prior arrangements needed.
