Riverside Paddle

Riverside Paddle is a paddleboarding facility along the Tech River within the Mas Larrieu nature reserve. Trips take paddlers through sections of water with varying currents in the Pyrénées Orientales region.

The location was established to tap into the long relationship between Argelès-sur-Mer and the Tech River. The waterway has always played a role in local recreation and daily life for residents here.

Local guides point out birds and fish living in the river during paddling trips. This connection between the water and daily life shows how people in the area have always depended on the Tech River.

The center provides all necessary equipment and gives safety instruction before trips depart. Free shuttle service brings paddlers from meeting points to the river launch location.

Trips take paddlers through calm water and then across small rapids in the same river section. These varying conditions mean each journey offers a different experience with its own pace and challenge.
