Ith Sole Therme

Ith Sole Therme is a thermal bath and wellness center in Salzhemmendorf featuring eight different indoor and outdoor pools plus three specialized sauna areas. The water is heated to around 36 degrees Celsius and comes from a local mineral spring.

The facility was built to utilize the high-quality sulfur brine found beneath the region, which ranks among Germany's most valuable mineral springs. This mineral has been used for healing treatments for generations.
