Acquapark
Acquapark Ippocampo is a water park near Manfredonia in Puglia featuring multiple slides, pools, and water games for all ages. The facility includes shallow pools for young children, larger slides for older visitors and adults, and designated rest areas with shaded seating throughout the grounds.
Acquapark Ippocampo opened in 1990 and was the first water park in the Puglia region. The facility has expanded over time, introducing new attractions such as Double Vortex, a modern enclosed slide with LED lighting effects.
The name "Ippocampo" refers to the seahorse, a symbol connected to the coastal area. The park serves as a gathering spot where families and friends come to escape the summer heat and spend time together in the water.
The park operates daily from mid-June through late August and is easily accessible by car or public transport with available parking. A self-service restaurant offers local Puglian dishes, while shaded loungers and rest zones allow visitors to relax between water activities.
Double Vortex is a modern enclosed slide spanning 150 meters with LED lighting effects, featuring two large spiral tunnels and steep descents. This technologically advanced attraction can be enjoyed solo or in pairs, setting the park apart from other regional water facilities.
