Ibiza Horse Valley, Equestrian facility in Sant Joan de Labritja, Spain
Ibiza Horse Valley is a 70-hectare facility in northern Ibiza that provides open space for horses to roam freely across natural landscapes. The estate allows the animals to live in their preferred environment while also connecting with guests.
The facility was founded in 2010 as a rehabilitation center for horses that had been abandoned or were headed to slaughterhouses. From this rescue mission, it evolved into a place where animals receive a new life.
The facility operates according to herd harmony principles, where horses maintain their natural social groups and interact directly with visitors. This approach shapes how people and animals share the space daily.
Visitors can book guided rides with experienced staff offered Monday through Saturday between 5 PM and 10 PM. It is advisable to reserve ahead and wear suitable clothing for outdoor activities.
Each horse here was rescued and yet maintains complete freedom to roam the entire estate while also participating in rides with guests. This combination of safety and freedom is unusual among riding facilities.
