Pasai Beach

Pasai Beach stretches approximately 2 kilometers along the eastern coast of Ko Yao Noi, with a wooden sea wall and stairs providing access to the sand. The water remains shallow throughout, and the seabed has muddy patches that affect its suitability for swimming.

The beach emerged during Ko Yao Noi's early tourism development but avoided major construction projects. This restrained approach allowed it to retain its original landscape and character over time.

Residents and visitors gather at wooden food stalls along the southern end, where traditional Thai dishes are prepared and shared. This dining culture shows how the beach serves as a meeting place woven into local daily life.

The shallow water and muddy patches make walking along the shoreline more pleasant than swimming in deeper areas. Wear suitable footwear and explore during daylight hours to navigate the conditions comfortably.

A small beachside bar run by a local resident sits at the northern end with ocean views. It serves both Thai and Western food, creating an informal spot where visitors can rest while watching the water.
