Sabeto Hot Spring and Mud Pool in Fiji consists of three connected pools filled with mineral-rich waters that vary in temperature and clarity. The facility features mud baths and clear thermal pools located near Nadi International Airport.

Family operators have managed these natural springs since the 1950s and have passed down traditional healing knowledge across generations of local caretakers.

Local operators share traditional healing knowledge while guiding visitors through the proper sequence of mud treatment and bathing in the pools.

The site is open during daylight hours and provides towel facilities and changing areas for visitors. Transfer services from hotels in the Nadi region are also available.

Visitors apply grey mineral mud to their skin, allow it to dry in the sun, then move through a sequence of pools with increasing clarity and varying temperatures.
