The beach stretches for 700 meters along the eastern coast of Crimea, featuring a rocky shore and deep, clear waters near Mount Khameleon.
Writer Maximilian Voloshin established this location as the first nude beach in Crimea during the early Soviet period, making it a significant recreational spot.
The beach area became a center for artistic expression where Voloshin created sketches of nude figures against natural landscapes during the 1920s.
The beach provides various recreational activities including diving and water sports, with the peak season occurring during July and August.
Neptune Day celebrations take place at this beach, where participants follow traditional naturist principles without standard beach attire.
