El Balmí Xic

El Balmí Xic is a beach on the Costa del Garraf with fine golden sand and clear water stretching roughly 240 meters along the shoreline. A protective breakwater creates calmer conditions in the water and defines the bay's natural boundaries.

The beach emerged as part of Sitges' coastal development in the 20th century as the town expanded its waterfront infrastructure. This maritime transformation shaped how the shore looks and functions today.

The beach serves as a gathering place where different groups of visitors share the same shoreline and spend their day together. You will see traditional sunbathers and naturists using the space side by side in a relaxed, accepting atmosphere.

The beach has showers, sun lounger rentals, and lifeguard supervision for your comfort and safety. Parking is available nearby with straightforward access to the sand.

In the evenings from Tuesday through Saturday, this location transforms into a lively gathering spot staying open until 2:45 AM. While most beaches quiet down after dark, this one remains active through the night.
