The water at Cascade de Wome plunges down multiple levels through thick vegetation, creating a series of cascades visible from several observation points.

The waterfall has long served as a vital water source for nearby villages, supporting agricultural practices and local development throughout generations.

Local communities hold ceremonies near the waterfall during specific seasons, maintaining traditions passed down through multiple generations in the Plateaux region.

Visitors need to walk 4 kilometers from the entrance of Womé village to reach the picnic area, followed by a steep descent to the waterfall.

The waterfall's location allows swimmers to experience three different pools at varying heights, each offering distinct water temperatures and mineral compositions.
