The bronze figure of Telesfor stands in front of the Wrocław Television Studio entrance, depicting a dwarf cameraman ready to capture stories.
Installed on December 14, 2007, Telesfor pays tribute to a character from the 1970s Polish children's television show Pora na Telesfora.
The statue represents one of over 300 dwarf sculptures in Wrocław, continuing the tradition that started as a symbol against communist oppression.
Visitors can locate Telesfor at Karkonoska 8 using dwarf maps available at tourist information centers or through the krasnale.pl website.
The statue portrays the only dwarf cameraman in the collection, positioned permanently outside the television studio to document daily city activities.
