Krasnal OptoVetka, Bronze dwarf statue in Kowale district, Wrocław, Poland
OptoVetka stands at the entrance of a veterinary clinic, examining a dog and cat through a magnifying glass with careful attention.
The statue, created by the Biały Kot workshop, joined Wrocław's collection of over 800 dwarf figures on August 17, 2023.
OptoVetka represents the connection between veterinary care and Wrocław's tradition of placing dwarf statues throughout the city streets.
The statue remains accessible during the veterinary clinic's operating hours, from Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 21:00, weekends 9:00 to 16:00.
Local preschool children participated in the statue's unveiling ceremony, learning about veterinary practices and coloring their versions of the gnome.
