Eton Centris, Mixed-use development in Diliman, Philippines
Eton Centris is a mixed-use development in Diliman spanning multiple hectares at the intersection of EDSA and Quezon Avenue. The site combines office buildings, retail spaces, and residential condominiums into a single integrated complex.
The project was announced in October 2008 by Eton Properties Philippines and followed the acquisition of the site from Paramount Land Equities. The 2009 transaction marked a turning point in developing this prominent intersection property.
The complex hosts a weekend market where local vendors showcase products, food, and crafts, creating a gathering space for the community.
The complex provides direct access to the MRT-3 station with multiple transportation options connecting visitors to different parts of Metro Manila. The strategic location at a major intersection makes it convenient to reach from various parts of the city.
The Eton Cyberpod Centris houses specialized office space recognized as an IT Center, attracting technology-focused companies. This dedicated area was designed to provide start-ups and established tech firms with a purpose-built work environment.
