Bowl de Saint-Égrève, Skatepark and sports pitch in Saint-Égrève, France
Bowl de Saint-Égrève is a skatepark facility featuring multiple sections designed for different tricks and maneuvers. The structure includes a medium-depth bowl with steep walls, a separate volcano extension, and additional corner elements that challenge more experienced riders.
The project emerged after the demolition of the earlier Fiancey skatepark and was designed by IN&OUT Skatepark specialists. Implementation fell to Airline Skatepark, the company that built the new facility on the same site.
The facility draws skateboarders and BMX riders from across the region who come to practice their tricks together. People of different skill levels meet regularly to learn from each other and push their abilities.
The facility is located on Chemin Fiancey and has a parking area for visitors. Since there is no lighting, riding is limited to daylight hours.
The volcano extension is a distinctive feature that is not commonly found at other locations and allows for advanced techniques. This element combines steep transitions with additional difficulty levels that make riding more interesting.
