Jungle Aventure, Adventure park and tree climbing center in Les Orres, France
Jungle Aventure is an adventure park situated on six hectares of forest at 1650 meters elevation in the Les Orres area. The location features nine separate tree climbing courses alongside other recreational activities spread throughout the wooded terrain.
The park emerged as the first recreational adventure facility in the Embrunais region, bringing organized outdoor activities to the French Alps area. This pioneering role helped establish the area as a destination for adventure-based recreation.
The park reflects Alpine traditions that have long defined outdoor life in this mountain region. Visitors experience a contemporary approach to activities that mountain communities have practiced for generations.
The park operates mainly on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 14:00 and 17:00, though groups may arrange other times by booking ahead. The location on a forested slope means some paths are steep and sturdy footwear is essential for comfortable movement through the activities.
Beyond the tree climbing courses, the park operates a 300 square-meter maze set within the forest. This ground-level attraction offers a different kind of challenge that contrasts with the climbing activities higher up.
