Camping Cortijo San Isicio

Camping Cortijo San Isicio is a campground in Cazorla featuring around 50 grass pitches arranged across different levels, shaded by fruit trees that provide natural cover. The site sits on former agricultural land while keeping the original vegetation and natural landscape intact.

The site began as an old agricultural farm whose grounds were gradually developed into a camping area. The transformation kept the existing trees and land structure, repurposing the property thoughtfully.

The campground deliberately has no television or radio, encouraging visitors to engage with nature and each other instead. This approach creates a space where people actually talk and spend time outdoors together.

The campground sits at 838 meters elevation in the mountains and operates from late March through early November. Visitors should expect that pitch changes may be needed occasionally to maintain the grass quality.

The campground sits high enough in the mountain region that views stretch for miles across the surrounding landscape, and the air feels noticeably cooler and clearer than lower elevations. This elevation keeps nights pleasantly cool even when summer days warm up.
