Camping Playa España

Camping Playa España is a beachside campground in Villaviciosa near Playa de Rodiles on Spain's northern coast. It has around 120 individual plots on green grounds with infrastructure including water, power connections, and television antenna access.

The campground was established during the period of tourism development along the Asturian coast. It emerged as part of the growing infrastructure that opened the region to visitors.

The campground serves as a meeting place for visitors exploring Asturian fishing villages and trying regional dishes in nearby towns. Many guests use it as a base to discover traditional markets and local food traditions in the surrounding area.

The site sits steps from Playa de Rodiles, making beach access quick and easy for campers. Each plot is separated by natural hedges to provide privacy, with spaces large enough to accommodate tents and caravans comfortably.

The campground has two saltwater pools with waterfalls that stay lit until 11 PM during summer months. These pools offer guests a refreshing alternative to the sea and create a social gathering place in the evening.
