The menu blends South American cooking methods with French ingredients, presenting small plates and spirit-based cocktails in a casual sharing style. This fusion creates a distinct dining approach that draws from both traditions.
The venue can be accessed through the main BHV Marais entrance during store hours or directly from the Rue des Archives entrance after 5 PM. Evening visits offer a different experience than daytime entry through the shopping floors.
After sunset the rooftop transforms into a South American dining spot where guests taste Peruvian beers while watching the Paris lights. This evening identity creates a completely different place from the shopping floors below.
