Zest Rooftop Bar is an elevated terrace at the Four Seasons Resort in Marrakech that overlooks the surrounding Atlas Mountains and the resort's gardens. The space features outdoor seating areas from which visitors can see across the landscape in all directions.
This rooftop space opened in August 2024 as a year-round lounge at the resort. It was designed to serve as a gathering place for relaxation and social occasions.
The bar creates cocktails drawing from local ingredients and Marrakech's garden traditions, such as rosemary and pomegranate flavors. These drinks reflect how the city's culinary heritage is reinterpreted through contemporary mixology.
The venue is open from Tuesday through Saturday starting in the evening and advance reservations are recommended for your visit. Valet parking is available, which makes arrival straightforward.
Starting in September 2024, the venue hosts a residency with a Tokyo-based restaurant that brings Japanese-Moroccan culinary fusion to the terrace. This blend of flavors and cooking styles cannot be found elsewhere in the city.
