The owner took over the family vineyards in 1996 after earning his viticulture and oenology degree in 1994, later expanding the operation in 2008 by acquiring additional vineyards.
This independent vineyard follows the Independent Winemaker charter principles and cultivates vines in harmony with nature, reflecting traditional Charentes winemaking heritage and artisanal craftsmanship values.
The winery opens Monday through Saturday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM and offers free guided tours with tastings of wines, Pineau, cognac, and fruit juices.
The estate crafts eight different liqueurs with natural flavors including mint, pear, peach, coffee, and raspberry, suitable for both aperitifs and digestifs with distinctive character traits.
