Jacques Genin is a chocolate shop and pastry maker in Paris where the owner handcrafts candies, pralines, and baked goods. The product range includes ganache pralines flavored with fruits, spices and flowers, caramels, fruit pastes, nougat, and classic pastries such as eclairs and millefeuilles.
The founder started his career in a kitchen and later worked at prestigious chocolate houses like Maison du Chocolat before opening his shop in Paris in 2008. His decision to establish his own place came from wanting to create quality confections using genuine ingredients.
