The Salaš Lookout Tower is a steel-framed structure with wooden cladding, 21.1 metres tall, standing at 366 metres above sea level in the Chřiby Mountains. Its shape recalls a pipe wrench, and 112 steps lead up to the viewing platform. The design came from an architectural competition won by architect Jan Smékal of CAD Projekt plus s.r.o.

The tower's shape is modelled on a hasák, the Czech word for a pipe wrench, a nod to the steel-and-timber construction. It stands on the Chřiby ridge above the village of Salaš at 366 metres, and the 112 steps lead to views over the Chřiby hills.
