The Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center is a U-shaped complex in downtown Atlanta combining a 24-story Modernist tower completed in 1997, an 11-story mid-rise section, and the former Rich's department store building of 1924. An eight-story bridge, six stories above Forsyth Street, links the tower to the 1924 building. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates designed the 1996–98 construction; the whole holds about 2.4 million gross square feet.

The complex integrates the 1924 Rich's department store building, which was transformed into federal offices during 1996-1998. The historic structure forms an essential part of the modern administrative center.

The complex is named for Sam Nunn, U.S. senator from Georgia. The former Rich's department store building, opened in 1924, is the oldest part of the site; the 1948 "Crystal Bridge" that linked two Rich's buildings was demolished when the site became a federal complex. A tunnel to Five Points station, once a customer passage from Rich's, is now open to employees.

Access requires passing through security screening on weekdays. Visitors should expect to spend extra time navigating between the different buildings and agencies.
