55 Marietta Street, High-rise office building in downtown Atlanta, US

The 21-story structure at 55 Marietta Street reaches a height of 295 feet and features a modern architectural design with commercial office spaces.

Completed in 1958 by architect Wyatt C. Hedrick, this building held the title of Atlanta's tallest structure until One Park Tower surpassed it in 1961.

The building stands on the former location of the U.S. Post Office and Customs House, which served as Atlanta's City Hall from 1910 to 1930.

Located in central Atlanta's business district, the building provides office spaces for multiple companies with direct access to urban transportation networks.

The structure represents a transformation from its original purpose as Fulton National Bank Building to a contemporary multi-tenant commercial center.
