Bona Allen Office Building, Art Deco office building in downtown Atlanta, United States
The nine-story Bona Allen Office Building rises 115 feet high at the intersection of Spring Street and Ted Turner Drive in Atlanta.
Built in 1917 by leather industrialist Bona Allen, the structure first served as headquarters for the Atlanta Police Department and Visiting Nurses Corporation.
The building maintains its architectural significance through its preserved Art Deco design elements created by architect John F. Downing in the early 20th century.
Located at 133 Luckie Street NW, the building provides immediate access to the CNN Center, Centennial Olympic Park, and the Georgia Aquarium.
The building features a 25-canopy solar array that generates 20 percent of its annual energy needs and reduces 164 metric tons of CO2 emissions.
