BB&T Financial Center, Financial skyscraper in Winston-Salem, United States

The BB&T Financial Center is a 340-foot (100 m) postmodern skyscraper of green glass and steel at 200 West 2nd Street in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Completed in 1987, it has 21 floors and 271,445 square feet of space, making it the city's fifth tallest building. The 19th floor holds The Piedmont Club, occupying 13,232 square feet.

The building was constructed in 1987 and adopted its current name following a major bank merger in the 1990s. This change reflected the evolving role of financial institutions in the city's development.

The Piedmont Club on the nineteenth floor spans 13,232 square feet, offering dining facilities and event spaces for its members and business gatherings.

The tower stands at 200 West 2nd Street in downtown Winston-Salem, a short walk from the city centre. It is mostly empty since Truist moved its headquarters to Charlotte in 2019, so interior access is limited to the ground-floor branch office.

In October 2018 co-owner Tyson "Ty" Rhame was convicted in the Northern District of Georgia on 11 counts of mail and wire fraud conspiracy and multiple counts of mail and wire fraud. The building has been a forfeiture target of the U.S. Government since March 2016, and a May 2022 hearing had no outcome as of June 2, 2022.
