The Bell House is a two-story wood-frame house at 303 West Cherry Street, built in 1895. Its Queen Anne Victorian design sets projecting bays, gables and porches in an asymmetrical arrangement. The front porch rests on turned columns beneath a spindle-work frieze, and several types of cut shingles vary the wall surfaces.

J. V. Bell, owner of one of Jonesboro's first bookstores, built the house in 1895. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
