The New Ohio Theatre was an off-off-Broadway theatre at 154 Christopher Street in the West Village, housed in the former Federal Office Building known as the Archive. It opened there in 2011 after the company moved from 66 Wooster Street in SoHo, where it had operated as the Ohio Theatre. It closed in 2023 and the venue reopened as Theatre 154.

The Ohio Theatre opened at 66 Wooster Street in SoHo, founded by building owners William Hahn and Charles Magistro. Robert Lyons took over operations in 1988 and founded Soho Think Tank there in 1994. After the building was sold in December 2008, the company secured a 14-month final season, then moved in 2011 to 154 Christopher Street, the former Federal Office Building, as the New Ohio Theatre. It closed on 31 August 2023.

The theatre's name comes from its first home, the Ohio Theatre at 66 Wooster Street in SoHo, founded by building owners William Hahn and Charles Magistro. Director Robert Lyons took over in 1988 and in 1994 created Soho Think Tank, the non-profit that produced work in the space. The company kept the Ohio name when it moved to Christopher Street in 2011.

The theatre occupied the former Federal Office Building, the Archive, at 154 Christopher Street in the West Village, not on West 4th Street. It closed on 31 August 2023; the venue reopened as Theatre 154, run by Out of the Box Theatrics from September 2023 through December 2025 with Naked Angels as company-in-residence.
