One St. Petersburg, Mixed-use skyscraper in downtown St. Petersburg, United States.
One St. Petersburg is a 41-story residential tower in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, rising to about 450 feet (137 m). The building has retail spaces at street level and more than 250 owner-occupied apartments on the upper floors.
Construction began in 2015 and the building was completed in 2019, making it one of the first truly tall residential towers in downtown St. Petersburg's history. It was part of a broader wave of new development that reshaped the center of the city during that period.
One St. Petersburg changed how the downtown skyline of St. Petersburg looks, marking a shift toward taller residential buildings in a city long defined by low-rise neighborhoods. Walking nearby, you can see how this tower stands apart from the surrounding streets.
The tower sits in the heart of downtown and is easy to reach on foot from most central points. Because the building rises well above its surroundings, the upper floors offer open views over the city and the nearby waterfront.
Although the tower is primarily residential, the site also includes a separate 13-story hotel with around 174 rooms. This means that residents and hotel guests share the same city block, which is an unusual setup for this part of downtown.
