Signature Place is a residential high-rise with 36 floors shaped like a sail, extending 116 meters (381 feet) upward through downtown St. Petersburg. The tower contains 243 apartments with water views and shared amenities including a fitness center, swimming pool, and spa facilities.
The tower was designed by Perkins & Will and completed in 2009 as part of St. Petersburg's urban development plan. This 167-million-dollar investment became a landmark of the city's downtown expansion.
The building sits among theaters and galleries that define downtown St. Petersburg's cultural core. This location ties the residential tower to the city's ongoing cultural life.
