Margaret and Edith Tadd established the Art Club of St. Petersburg in 1917, which later evolved into the Morean Arts Center through various relocations and expansions.
The center maintains exhibition galleries, offering year-round displays of works by regional, national, and international artists alongside educational programs for the community.
Visitors can access the galleries without admission fees from Monday through Saturday between 10 AM and 5 PM at 719 Central Avenue.
The center operates a specialized Glass Studio and Hot Shop where visitors observe live glassblowing demonstrations and participate in hands-on glass art creation sessions.
