Parkshore Plaza

Parkshore Plaza is a residential skyscraper in downtown St. Petersburg that rises prominently above the surrounding cityscape. The building combines tower apartments with lower-rise city homes, creating a mixed-income residential community within the urban core.

The site had been designated for a different tower project that was cancelled, leading to a redesigned residential development for this location. This building became part of St. Petersburg's residential growth during the early 2000s.

The Post Modern design by SB Architects incorporates contemporary residential architecture principles within the St. Petersburg urban landscape.

The downtown location puts shopping, dining, and public services within easy walking distance for visitors and residents. Public transit connections make getting around the city convenient without needing a car.

Upon completion in 2006, the structure held the title of tallest condominium tower in St. Petersburg until 2009 when Ovation and Signature Place surpassed it.
