Fairfax is a Greek Revival mansion in White Pine, Jefferson County, Tennessee, completed in 1840 for Isaac White Rodgers Franklin Sr. The Historic American Buildings Survey records it as the Isaac Franklin House, and it has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since April 13, 1973.

Lawson D. Franklin, Tennessee's first millionaire, had Fairfax completed in 1840 for his son Isaac White Rodgers Franklin Sr. Senator Herbert S. Walters later grew up in the house. Thomas H. Berry and his wife Ellen McClung bought it in 1953 and restored it in 1954. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 13, 1973.
