Rocketts Landing is a residential and mixed-use neighborhood along the north bank of the James River in southeastern Richmond. The area features brick streets, waterfront pathways, and a combination of homes, shops, and dining venues.
The site housed a Confederate Navy shipyard during the Civil War where vessels were built for the James River Squadron. Following Richmond's surrender in 1865, the location was abandoned and eventually redeveloped as a modern residential area.

The neighborhood is served by the GRTC Pulse bus line for public transportation access. Most locations within the area are walkable, with access to the riverfront path for strolling and biking.
