Quatrefoil Library contains a collection of over 15,000 books, 7,000 DVDs, and numerous periodicals focused on LGBTQ+ literature and resources.
Founded in 1983 by David Irwin and Dick Hewetson, the library moved to its current location in 2013, offering double the space for its growing collection.
The library hosts regular author readings, book clubs, and educational workshops that connect members of the LGBTQ+ community through shared interests and experiences.
Located at 1220 East Lake Street in Minneapolis, the library provides free membership cards and access to Q Digital, their collection of ebooks and audiobooks.
As the second oldest LGBTQ+ lending library in the United States, Quatrefoil maintains rare books, first editions, and braille materials in its specialized collection.
