70 Vestry is a 14-story residential building with 46 condominium units wrapped in French Beaumaniere limestone. Large windows with dual exposures allow light from multiple directions, while an underground automated parking system and community spaces sit beneath.

Robert A. M. Stern designed this building to reflect the 19th-century warehouse architecture that originally shaped Tribeca's character. The design honors the neighborhood's industrial past while transforming that tradition into modern residential space.

The building references classic New York residential design while introducing modern features that blend with the neighborhood's past. People who know the area recognize how it speaks to the character that defined Tribeca's evolution over time.

A private driveway leads to a covered motor court where residents access automated parking and fitness facilities. The Tribeca location makes it easy to reach on foot or by public transportation.

The limestone facade shifts subtly from bottom to top, starting with a rustic texture at ground level and becoming softer above the seventh floor. This gradual change creates a sense of the building settling and softening as it rises.
