The grounds include several residential buildings, among them a main house and a bungalow in the style of architect Addison Mizner. The compound spreads over a large area with multiple lakes and equestrian facilities.
The property holds two lakes, a stone bowling alley, and several buildings in Bavarian style. These structures scatter across the wide grounds together with the equestrian facilities.
