Petaling Jaya Stadium is a sports facility with two covered stands flanking the pitch and a surrounding athletics track for multiple sports. The venue now holds 10,661 spectators in an all-seated arrangement following recent renovations.

The facility opened in 1996 and gained international attention when it hosted rugby union matches during the 1998 Commonwealth Games. This event marked its emergence as a significant venue for international competition.

The stadium's names track Petaling Jaya's status: it opened as MPPJ Stadium, became MBPJ Stadium when the town was granted city status, and is now called Petaling Jaya Stadium. It was the home of MPPJ FC, the first club to win the Malaysia Cup from outside the top division, until the club folded in August 2006.

The stadium sits in Kelana Jaya, within Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Since the RM8 million renovation completed in early 2024, every place is a seat, so there is no standing terrace; the capacity is 10,661. For Selangor home fixtures and AFC Champions League Two group matches, plan to reach the turnstiles well before kick-off.

The RM8 million renovation completed in early 2024, ahead of Selangor FC's 2024–25 AFC Champions League Two campaign, replaced the terracing with individual seats and cut capacity from 25,000 to 10,661. The ground had already been Selangor's home since early 2020, when Shah Alam Stadium closed.
