Ashraf-3, Headquarters of the People's Mujahedin of Iran located in Albania
Ashraf-3 is a large facility in Albania near the city of Durrës, roughly 25 kilometers from Tirana. The settlement spans considerable farmland and includes residential quarters, a gym, cafeteria, museum, recording studio, and press room.
The facility was established in 2019 as a new base for an opposition organization opposing the Iranian government. Since its founding, it has drawn international attention, particularly following a police operation in June 2023 that resulted in conflict.
The site is heavily guarded with restricted access due to strict security measures. Visitors should expect that casual visits may not be permitted due to the sensitive nature of operations.
The facility contains its own museum and recording studio where residents produce documentary and media materials on site. These facilities demonstrate that operations maintain comprehensive internal structures for communication and education.
