Aznavour Center

The Aznavour Center is a museum and cultural facility on Cascade Hill in Yerevan dedicated to the life and work of the renowned singer. The exhibition spans over ten halls that document his journey from childhood through his years as a world-famous performer.

The center was established by the Aznavour Foundation and opened to the public in 2017 after construction was completed in 2011. It marked the foundation's first major cultural initiative in Armenia and reflected the artist's lifelong connection to his Armenian heritage.

The center shows how Aznavour lived between Armenian and French cultures, blending both worlds into his work throughout his life. Visitors can see how this connection shaped his artistic choices and remained central to everything he created.

Visitors can explore the exhibition with an audio guide narrated in Aznavour's own voice that leads them chronologically through different stages of his life. The building is well-marked and easy to reach from the nearby Cascade plaza.

The center houses a recording studio where visitors can compose and mix their own musical pieces while exploring the exhibits. This rare opportunity lets guests experience the creative process firsthand alongside learning about a legendary musician's journey.
