Radal Siete Tazas National Park, Nature reserve in Maule Region, Chile

The Claro de Molina River formed seven natural pools by eroding basalt rock, creating consecutive waterfalls within a 5,147-hectare protected forest area.

Designated as a national reserve in 1996, the area received national park status in 2008, protecting ancient indigenous sites with stone food-grinding artifacts.

Archaeological investigations between 1987 and 1992 revealed 33 sites demonstrating the presence of early hunter-gatherer communities in this mountainous region.

The park maintains operating hours from Tuesday through Sunday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with advance online ticket purchases required through pasesparques.cl.

The protected zone marks an ecological transition point between northern drought-resistant vegetation and southern humid forests, supporting diverse wildlife including pumas and pudus.
